Custom Services/Alterations

Jack Earnhart Mouthpieces LLC does not guarantee any delivery dates of custom work. Due to the unique nature of alterations, Jack Earnhart Mouthpieces LLC does not guarantee your satisfaction with any alteration performed on an existing mouthpiece. Alterations are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless determined to be defective by Jack Earnhart Mouthpieces LLC.



All estimates are an approximation and are not guaranteed. Estimates are provided through job requirements and other information given by the client, as well as the standard time and resource prices set by Jack Earnhart Mouthpieces. Estimates are valid within 30 days of receipt, after which all lines are eligible for reassessment.



Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.



Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, the item is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be in 'like new' condition. Small shank insertion marks are acceptable.  Our return policy does not apply to the following goods:  Custom mouthpieces, any product that is gold plated, custom stamped mouthpieces, mouthpieces with gap adjustment, any alterations. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless determined to be defective by Jack Earnhart Mouthpieces LLC.



To initiate a return, please email info@jackearnhartmouthpieces.com.  A receipt or proof of purchase is required to accompany your return. All returned merchandise should be sent to 4 Hillside Avenue, Boston MA 02130. You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. The delivery of returns is not guaranteed or insured by Jack Earnhart Mouthpieces LLC. Jack Earnhart Mouthpieces LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.


Refunds and Exchanges

After your valid return is received, an email will be sent to notify you that your valid return has been received. This email will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted, Jack Earnhart Mouthpieces LLC will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that is determined in good faith as appropriate for the circumstance.



If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, Jack Earnhart Mouthpieces LLC reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
